Karelia
Karelia is a part of Karelia-Upofloor Oy Group, one of Europe's leading flooring manufacturers. In 2006, the Group's net sales totalled EUR 122.7 million (EUR 117.1 million) and at the moment, the Group employes in average 950 people.
The Group has seven production units in different parts of Finland, two hardwood floor factories in Russia and Rumania and also a sales office in Estonia. The main markets besides Finland are Western Europe, Russia and North America.
Karelia-Upofloor Oy is a Finnish family business, owned by the Hartwall family and the family of Heikki Väänänen.
